Join us for a fun and friendly interval session at the Duke of York Square track—open to all levels!

What to expect

We run on a private track in front of the Saatchi Gallery, just off King’s Road. Sessions are interval-based and tailored to suit everyone, from beginners to more experienced runners.

We gather at the public benches outside

Arrive by

6:45pm

to be ready for a

7:00pm start

. Belongings can be left by the start line with the coach (at your own risk).
