How we use data
We use personal data to authenticate users, publish and manage listings, process premium access, send service messages, secure and troubleshoot the platform, understand performance, comply with legal obligations and respond to requests. Our bases may include performing a contract, legitimate interests, consent and legal obligations, depending on your location.
Public information
Published listing information is public and may be indexed by search engines. Avoid entering personal information that should not be public. Removing a listing does not guarantee immediate removal from third-party caches or archives.
Service providers
We use providers including Stripe for payments, Purelymail for transactional email, Cloudflare and R2 for delivery and media storage, and hosting and database infrastructure. They process data under their own terms and our instructions where applicable. Data may be processed outside your country with legally recognised safeguards where required.
Retention and security
We retain account and listing data while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet tax, accounting or legal duties. Retention periods vary by record. We use access controls, encryption in transit, backups and operational safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may complain to a data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity. Necessary cookies and similar storage support authentication, security and core operation.
