The service
Local Run Clubs is a global directory for discovering running clubs and races and for publishing club listings. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you publish a listing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
Accounts and listings
You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in method secure, and promptly correct outdated listing details. You are responsible for content submitted through your account. We may edit categorisation or formatting to keep the directory consistent.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Local Run Clubs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize, format and display it for operating and promoting the directory. You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant this licence.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive or malicious content; impersonate another person or club; scrape or disrupt the service; or use it to distribute malware or unsolicited messages. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms.
Third parties and running activity
Club, event, map and external-link information may be supplied by third parties and can change without notice. We do not organise listed activities unless explicitly stated. Running involves risk. Verify details with the organiser and make your own safety, health and travel decisions.
Paid services
Premium listings are governed by our Subscription Terms and Refund Policy. Stripe processes payments. We do not store complete payment-card details.
Availability and liability
We provide the service on an as-available basis and do not promise uninterrupted operation, placement, traffic or commercial results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Run Clubs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, third-party conduct, or reliance on directory information. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access or remove listings for legal, security or policy reasons. We may update these terms and will publish the revised effective date. Material changes affecting paid services will be communicated where required.
